Roof Doctor is a portable, easy-to-use, thick aerosol mastic coating that seals water leaks and fills cracks and voids on roofing and other surfaces. Provides an extremely durable sealer and coating that will not sag or drip in summer heat or crack in winter cold. Sprays as a liquid, flows into low spots, cracks and crevices then dries to a durable black coating. Great for asphalt and fiberglass shingles, built-up tar and gravel, single ply rubberized and granulated roofs, chimneys, vents, basement foundations and more. Still just as effective on wet surfaces and twice as thick as retail brands.
